G.E.M.S.® Elementary School Fall 2026

G.E.M.S.® (Girls Empowered, Motivated, and Strong) is an eight-week, skills-based empowerment group created by Dr. Erica Tatum-Sheade for girls in grades 3–5. In this first round, girls explore who they are, what matters to them, how they experience and express emotions, and how outside messages can shape the way they see themselves. Through interactive activities and guided conversations, they begin building the clarity, connection, consistency, and courage needed to speak up, make healthy choices, navigate relationships, and grow into themselves with intention. G.E.M.S. goes beyond telling girls to “be confident” by giving them opportunities to practice the self-awareness and real-world skills that confidence requires.

Registration includes all eight sessions and materials.

G.E.M.S. is an empowerment and psychoeducational program, not a therapy group.
